When arriving at Trevarthian you are greeted by a large driveway which has parking for several cars.
Upon entering the property you are met by a kitchen that is fully equipped and has everything needed to prepare sumptuous meals or bbq food that could be cooked in the outside garden or terraced area. Leading from the kitchen there is a hallway that takes you to the dining room and lounge and this has an open log fire to cozy up to in winter months. The views from the front lounge windows are breathtaking and Pentire Point is also visible. The lounge is perfect for sipping your morning coffee whilst looking out to sea and planning your day ahead. It is also a wonderful haven to enjoy unforgettable sunsets whilst soothing the body and relaxing the mind after a possible day of surfing.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom downstairs which also has a truckle bed for one child. There is a bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor too. Leading from the utility room at the back of the property, which houses all the essentials, is a shower room which is great when you have just arrived back from enjoying the beach.
Upstairs is another separate bathroom as well as a further twin room and a large bedroom housing a king size bed. Again there are fantastic views overlooking Polzeath beach from this bedroom window.
The true beauty of this property is it’s position and surrounding areas that are suitable for all ages. Polzeath Beach is a safe, lifeguarded, sandy beach where children can have much fun discovering rock pools or building sandcastles. For the older, more adventurous generation there are many surfing schools where lessons can be arranged to discover surfing or body bodying. If you do not wish to try your hand at water sports there are inviting shops, restaurants and watering holes to enjoy instead. As well as this, there are coastal walks that allow you to witness the stunning views and pass other dog walkers along the way.
