The property was clean & quiet. Hot water was available instantly from the shower, didn't have to wait. Good size room. Car parking was a bit tight though on the property. However it did seem secure.

Happy with stay
Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Area was quiet and safe. On site parking was convenient. Walkable to cafes and pubs. After a little hiccup with check in we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

The photos shown are misleading and make it look like the rooms are a lot more modern or renovated. There was no parking available onsite as this was limited even though I flagged it on the booking and was told at the check in desk I should have flagged it so I would get a space. For the price it was great value. We liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The spare sofa bed was not easy to assemble as a part was broken. Kids complained about the sofa bed as not comfortable. We did request 2 double beds but were not available.

Location is superb. Beds were disgraceful. Sofa beds disgraceful. I booked 1 room for 2 x adults and 3 children (1 x Queen bed 1 x double fold out) doesn't fit 5 people. Lucky I booked another room due to another daughter coming to Wagga. Again, awful beds. Spa was out and weathered. All in all, disappointing stay.
