Outdoor space at home includes a shady lanai, perfect for morning coffee, and a private balcony, surrounded by foliage, perfect for a sundowner. Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, stylish island decor, and an open floor plan, ideal for gathering as a group. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and everyone can eat together at the large dining table. When it’s time to hit the beach, grab the provided boogie board, two beach coolers, and beach chairs and make a day of it on the sand. When you return, relax in the central air-conditioning or open the windows to enjoy those trade winds. THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.
The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
