This is the upstairs unit in a two unit building where you’ll have the entire space to yourself, and nothing will be shared.
The space
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located on the 2nd floor of a duplex.
Each room in the space has it’s own heater/AC unit, as well as a Smart 4k TV.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed.
Bedroom #2 has a full bed with a deck overlooking the backyard.
