This is a complaint with hotels.com. We never stayed at this hotel. We booked by accident. It was during Hurricane Helene and we were driving south. I cancelled directly through the hotel and they said no problem hotels.com would issue a refund. They are refusing to give us a refund. Awful.

Comfortable room just off the highway
Very comfortable and large room and large bathroom. Note: we were given an accessible room because they had no other rooms. We were somewhat disappointed in the breakfast because there was no fresh fruit available when we got there at 7am. Also, there were no restaurants nearby.

The room was impeccable. It looked as if it was just finished renovation. However, the TV did not function, nor did the room phone to call down the problem, nor did the internet connection. I will stay here again gladly, but I will try to get there earlier to check out communications.

The room wasn’t too bad. The carpet and couch had an old smell and definitely should be changed out. The ceiling needs to be updated. Other than that the bathroom and bed were nice. Tv and fridge worked good. Good location for the hotel
