As you walk up to house, the big covered front porch has a swing and picnic table. The living room has a fireplace and 4 electric recliners. Large parking area with plenty of room for boats and trailers.

Visit Grandma without Grandma
We always enjoy staying at this property, it’s the perfect location for us to visit friends and family. We enjoy the old school feel, the Keurig, nice TV, and plenty of space for our pup in the yard. Love its next door to the police station, and a great local grocery store is across the street. Owners are great with communication! We will be back!

Exactly as described, flawless experience
Needed a clean and safe place to crash for a night while driving out to family for Xmas with my dog. Perfect setup for us, close to gas and coffee, easy in/out with the dog for bathroom breaks, couldn’t think of anything missing for us.

Perfect little home for our stay. Grocery store right across the street and gas station. Also next to police station. Some traffic noise during the day, but quiet at night. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Best choice of a House Rental

Great location for Dogs and Family!
We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed Mr Martin's home - it had everything we needed, and the dogs especially loved the wide open spaces to run around. The Sparkle Mart was very convenient and the road was not loud at all - nice place to stay!

Great place to stay
It was really comfortable and relaxing. There was not anything that you would need to bring. the place was unbelievably clean. We travel quite often and this was the cleaness place we have ever stayed in, and supplied with everything you could think of. The state park with the dog park was also a big hit for us. When we are back visiting family we hope it will be available.

Family Reunion
Family was camping at Mosquito Lake. We’re in our 70’s, and don’t camp anymore. This is the perfect location if you only need 2 bedrooms. Close to the campground, grocery store right across the street. It was clean and had a great front porch to enjoy coffee and breakfast. A quick 6 minute drive and your at the campground! Would definitely recommend

Great experience all around!
I had messaged the host prior to booking to ensure that bringing our animals would not be a problem. The place was very clean! The instructions for check in were the easiest! I enjoyed reading all the people's hand written messages in their check in book stating how much everyone loved staying there! Definitely a great backyard too! It's on a somewhat busy road, but lots of space to throw the ball around for the dog!
