The staff was very friendly but this hotel is very outdated and run down. The pool was ok but theres safety issues because of a huge chunk of the pool floor missing. The room was clean but the doors stick and are hard to open. My children and i got stuck in the bathroom. The knob for the show/tub took all my mite to pull to turn the water on. The restaurant is cloed and no dining options. The breakfast is microwaved breakfast sandwiches that sit on the check in counter, who knows for how long. I wouldn't recommend this place.

was given a room with no phone or clock. When I went to iron my blouse in the morning, there was no ironing board. It took staff 2 hours to find batteries for my remote for the TV. To get ice, you had to go to the main desk for the clerk to get it from the closed restaurant/bar. One of the beds in the room had a broken leg. Few people were staying there and was given a room off of the pool, where a party of kids screamed until 8pm. Not a good experience.

Staff did what they could with the falling apart building they have to deal with. Housekeeping was good considering the fact the building is in bad shape internally and I don’t think there was anything more they could do about it. Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. The building is falling apart and I wouldn’t come back or recommend to this place anyone because it’s clear there are health hazards like mold from improper ventilation, and also plaster/drywall falling apart. Tub wouldn’t stop up for my kids to bathe either. Did not end up using the pool because after seeing the bathrooms and having the tub issues, we were just done and didn't want to spend any time there. I used to work in hospitality and I know none of this could’ve been addressed by the time I left anyway because a lot of is was structural, so there was no use involving staff because I'm sure it wasn't something that couldn't be fixed in my time there Again staff was nice and did their best but this building is so terrible I could keep going on. Really wish I had taken pictures to show how bad honestly. We have family in the area that we will be visiting frequently and we will not be using you all again and will tell others to stay away

Nothing really. It was spooky and we couldn’t find where to enter. Entrance was closed but not marked where to go. Bathroom walls were pathetic and crumbling.

Beautiful hotel, but could use a few renovations & TLC. Our first room the toilet was leaking and the bathroom floor was wet, but they immediately placed us in another room which was closer to the exits which was more convenient for my family and I. The fan in the bathroom of the second room they placed us in didn't run so the room got a bit muggy at times. AC worked great though, the pool was really fun, staff was amazing and friendly, and the place seemed really clean. The room was spacious enough for my toddler to roam. I would stay their again if they keep the prices fair, but I do hope they fix up what needs repaired.

This place was a dump. I stayed there years ago and it was OK It has fell into disrepair place was falling apart It looked like someone was in their room before we checked in no towels soap was open no curtains on the window

I traveled 800 miles and stayed at Days Inn. They were under construction so the restaurant, bar area was closed. Not sure if they gym was open , which was the main reason i stayed there. The rooms were very clean but do need updated. I was happy with my stay. The price was right and i felt safe there while traveling alone.

My room was nice and clean. My only complaint is bar and restaurant were both closed. Pool was nice but the sauna was also closed. Didn't care for the free breakfast,(no choices). Breakfast was always the same thing, sausage egg biscuit, apple juice, water. Should atleast have a few selections ike fresh fruit, danish, choice od beverage, etc... Overall i enjoyed my stay, but could have easily been better ....

Hall ways and stairways look condemed. Bathroom ceiling in our room falling down. Beds slightly softer than plywood. Ice/water machines out of order. Awful odors in the hallway and elevator. Paper bag breakfast. Positive: The girl who checked us in was very nice.

Property no longer maintained

We have stayed at this hotel on two prior occasions and found it to be clean and fine. Sadly, the hotel has slid considerably since our last stay in 2021. They did not have enough clean towels to go around on the day we checked in, the back of the chair in our room was broken and collapsing and they were not able to replace it until the third day of our stay, and there appeared to be mold in the stairwell. Some of the halls are not climate controlled and were very muggy and uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel still claims to have included breakfast, but we only found coffee, water, and a pile of granola bars.

The room was completely a mess. The mold on the popcorn ceiling and floor was unbelievable. There was part of the ceiling coming off. The nightstand was in horrendous condition. It truly looked as if it came straight off the curb, completely scuffed up and scratched. I will give proper acknowledgement to the crisp white linens and towels. Other than that the room.was deplorable. We checked out the very next morning.

Shower didn't work, no toilet paper, no security at the back door ( anyone can come & go), no security cameras. I was informed there was no breakfast, when I went to the restaurant across the street, someone broke into my car & stole my golf bag, clubs & contents. I filed a police report & the officer said "Don't stay here!" Horrible experience!

The front staff were helpful and friendly as well as the custodian. However, the first room smelled terriby of cigarette smoke. This was advertised a smoke free building. I was provided with a can of lysol as there were no other rooms available. The lysol did not help. Upon return from purchasing 3 Fabreeze products i was told of a room cancelation which turned out to be a much better almost smoke free room

I was told there would be an extensive breakfast available the next morning. It turned out that my choices were orange juice, coffee and/or granola bar. She apologized that there were no other choices because their breakfast supplies had not been replenished since the day before. I felt embarrassed for her because she was new to the job (her first day she said) and clearly uncomfortable with the situation. Not anything near what I had been advised the day before would be among my choices. Pancakes, pastries, fruit, full breakfast menu????? Not even a little bit. I am at a loss to understand because there is a restaurant in the building and a dining area right beside the pool on the first floor. I just picked up my baggage and left. I wish I had been a fly on the wall when she had to explain the breakfast menu to the score of men who were just walking in the door when I arrived back from my high school reunion the previous night. They looked like a sports team of some sort, and I would not like to be in her shoes when they find out the menu. Hopefully nobody mentioned anything specific like I received when I checked in so their expectations would not be as high as mine had been. Very disappointing. Never again and you can be sure nobody I know will ever stay at a Days Inn either. I notice the note below about revising my review. Bet me this is never posted!!!!

Walked into the entrance and just about gagged. The smell was unbearable. We asked to see the room and when we exited the elevator we were greeted by over 100 degrees of heat. Went to our room and went in gagged and turned around. Went to the front desk coughing. Asked for a refund. Then went to find a new hotel. Not a family place. More like a hotel for overnight construction workers and. Not recommended for vacation stays. Sorry.

There are no words tobdescribe my disqust

Black mold in shower, water was turned off in shower l, light flickered off and on like a horror movie. Had booked a 2 night stay. Too late to cancel first night but asked if i could cancel 2nd night. Front desk said no problem and had me fill out a statement about black mold. Just noticed a charge on my credit card statement that they went ahead and charged me for both nights. Tried to call Days Inn several times to resolve and no answer. Hotels.com has zero customer service sooo yeah horrible HORRIBLE the whole way around.
