Great stay, nice welcome from the owner Paul, who was very attentive during breakfast which was lovely and satisfying. Room was clean, very comfortable bed, good size TV and nice welcome tray. There was off road parking and the property was located right in the hart of Stockton Heath, so convenient for the bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Greta little place

Great little place. nice bed with comfy pillows. The iron bed squeaked when I turned over and the foyer lights shone through the room door, but apart from that, it was very nice. The host Paul was great. The breakfast was lovely and he loaned me an iron and ironing board.

Very helpful landlord, great position in Stockton Heath with lovely bars and restaurants close by. Room was quite tired, too warm and very noisy from road if window was open. There was a ceiling fan which we had on but it clicked all night. Not a good night’s sleep.
