On our way we knew we were going to check in late which was around 10pm and we gave the reception area a call to inform them....the guy who responded was very understanding and ver helpful he told us he would find a place to leave our key where we could find it just in case whe wasnt on his degk when he came through.When we arrived there we got exactly what we had booked for the rooms were clean and tidy.

We had one night at this property while on a long roadtrip, the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable but looking a little tired in places (especially the carpets). The evening meal in the lovely restaurant area was excellent, friendly, cheerful staff and really good food! The bar area has comfortably chesterfield settees and a roaring fire which was really warm and cosie for an after dinner drink. We had a really good breakfast the next morning which set us up for the day. Would definitely recommend staying at this friendly hotel!

When booking with Expedia the Cost was a tad overpriced as there were only 2 of us and had a queen bed and a single. I thought it was Queen only. But my fault for not checking..

It would be the best accomodation option in Warnambool. Directly opposite Flagstaff Hill. Reception staff were very friendly. Note that it is a heritage building so the walls are thin.

The location was very good, close to cafes and coastal walkways. The reception and restaurant staff were exceptional, courteous and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

The entrance to the apartment from the parking area was multi level and needed more upkeep, especially for more senior, single occupants. The rooms were well kept and the space excellent. Bed and pillows exceptional.
