It’s ok.
4 stays within the last 3 months: Room wise: Neutral, hit, neutral and miss. Hit one was a refurbished sparkling clean room. „Miss one” was a „loud water ingress in AC or god knows what that annoying noise was and a rock hard bed with a single sheet room”. Airport Transfer - never waited more than 15 minutes. But when it’s -5 outside…. every minute makes a difference. Staff wise - all people I’ve encountered have been professional and polite. Location - there’s nothing nearby. The closest store - Biedronka - 10-15 mins walk. It’s cheap. So if you do prefer something cheap, close to the Airport, and you have time to wait around for shuttle, choose this hotel. Other than that - choose Mariott or Renaissance. Twice as expensive as this one… but you can roll out of bed almost straight to the aircraft… And… life is short… So yeah… to each their own.

One night before the early morning flight
Big, comfortable room, free airport shuttle every 30 minutes- nothing to complain about here. But the service at the restaurant much below average. The waiter didn't seem to care when we sat down at the table, we had to ask for the menu after 20 hours of waiting, then another 20 minutes for him to come and take the order. The waiter unfriendly and unprofessional, the service very slow and careless, luckily the food was very good.

The hotel has a no-refund policy even if your flight was cancelled. 20 minutes after paying their price, they said it could not be refunded. They will have refilled the room with another booking instead, keeping my money. Terrible service. No idea what the hotel looks like.

I arrived at the hotel and was dropped off at the wrong entrance. So i walked to the front desk amd asked for a trolley to go back and get all my luggage that was where the taxi dumped it. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby while the desk clerk went looking for 1. After a while i got up and started to simply walk my luggage to the right entrance 1 by 1. When i got the 1st luggage to the entfance there was a trolly there so i grabbed it and went for the rest of my luggage. When i returned with my luggage there was the same clerk amd another teolly was sitting there. Wow what a shame

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It has a very convenient shuttle service that we used to get to the hotel and back to the airport. The staff were friendly, and they let us store our luggage for the day as we explored a bit of the old city before our flight later in the afternoon. There is a bus stop a short walk from the hotel, so this makes it convenient to travel to the old city for anyone without a car. We took bus #175, and it took us all the way to the old city. The room was very clean. We stayed in a room that shared a door with another room, but we couldn't really hear the muffled conversation on the other side, and overall it was very quiet during our stay. The mattress was not the softest and it favored back-sleepers. My wife tends to sleep on the side, and she found the mattress to be a little too firm for side-sleepers. The room comes with some water but no bar. Instead, there is a restaurant on the ground floor, and we were given a voucher for a drink when we checked in. We were too tired to indulge, but the gesture was classy. As a whole, this is a beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities, and overall it is a great place to stay.

Great value for money. I stayed here for a night having to catch a flight the next day. The room was very clean and spacious. Check in was smooth and professional. Utilized the gym twice in the morning (once before and once after breakfast). It's very well equipped, very well maintained, very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was of high quality in a spacious area. Internet was fast and stable. Used the free airport shuttle to the airport, which arrived on time and took me to the airport smoothly. I am overall very happy with my stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel provides a lot of value for the money you pay. If I end up in Warsaw again I will definitely book this hotel again.
