A bit cold in room-apart from that would recommend
My only minor complaint was that the room was a bit cold and I couldn't work out how to increase the temperature. Apart from that would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It's centrally located with public transport close by,

Obscured view
Very disappointed when we arrived in our room to find that the 'view'...was completely obscured by a giant advertising banner hung on the side of the hotel. While I understand that they face a major intersection and are probably making a fortune from this, they should really make it clear if your room is affected by this before making a reservation, and in my opinion, have the rooms that are affected at a discounted rate. Additionally, the shower was completely incapable of keeping a constant temperature, oscillating between freezing cold and scalding hot. On a brighter note, the staff was friendly and attentive and it's a fairly easy walk from the central train station; nonetheless, you could probably do better for the money in this area of Warsaw.

Lovely, well positioned hotel near Central Station. Trams running nearby were a bit noisy at night but earplugs were supplied in room which worked for me. Good sized rooms and clean but could do with USB sockets. Reception staff were always very helpful especially in giving us good accurate directions to where we wished to go and nothing was too much for them.
