Dear Mohamed I'm sorry that you feel the hotel is not up to standard as many of the guests we have welcomed since we opened have had a fantastic time with us despite the Spa being the only facilities we don't as yet have finished. We hope you are willing to give us a second chance in the near future.

Dear Gino Thank you for your feedback, we are currently having the decoration team go back into bedrooms and correct the areas that we are not happy with, i'm sorry that these were not done prior to your arrival.
