The room was not cleaned to acceptable standards. Dark hairs under the stack of clean towels; the plates and flatware were not clean. The staff, however, were excellent and very helpful.

AKA WH should offer daily cleaning room services. We stayed for 7 days and all they could offer was 1 day. That may have worked during COVID but that is no longer the environment. I like the hotel but their refusal to offer daily or every other day room cleaning is unfortunate as most hotels in the vicinity provide such cleaning services daily.

We would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at AKA White House. We traveled with our large family and were all on the same floor, which was nice. Compass Coffee is directly across the street which was nice to grab coffee or a matcha latte while waiting for our large group to gather. Notable restaurants within walking distance are Founding Farmers and Immigrant Food. We would stay at AKA White House again.

Great Family Getaway!
Great place overall. Very comfortable with separate bedrooms, living space, and kitchen. Air conditioning over sofa could get too cold, but it was constantly running because of outdoor hot temps. Great location near sites, metro access, and restaurants. Need to make sure housekeeping leaves supplies as needed. Overall would highly recommend and would consider staying here again.

Suite at least 700 sq ft. Full size appliances including washer dryer. Very quite clean updated room. Walking distance to all we wanted to see in Washington DC. Parking garage was right next to hotel, and was reasonable cost.

The staff and property were awesome! The room was in such great condition and had more than we could imagine space wise! I have zero complaints about anything! Parking was even easy as there’s multiple garages nearby, one being right on property. 10/10, will look to stay again and at their other locations!
