Very walkable to GWU and National Mall. Website mentioned on site parking but it was full when we arrived and we had to street park first night. No breakfast or restaurant on site. We were told their ‘market area’ would have breakfast sandwiches & yogurt available for purchase, but first morning was only tuna sandwiches left from the day prior. On the bright side, Dunkin can be door dashed. Highly recommend a dinner at Circa - very walkable, cut through GWU

The hotel is located near GWU and within walking distance to a metro stop as well as some stores nearby. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Good and bad....
In general the stay was good. Staff was friendly and location was really nice for venturing out and staying around locally. We had 2 issues though. The bed mattresses were pretty bad like the mattress you find on a futon bed, then my bill was not paid onto 1 card as requested. Split into 2 cards and causing some banking issues due to a large emergency charge before leaving on vacation.

The people at the ARC Hotel are the absolute best. My partner and I came in with an oversized vehicle and they helped us find parking in a safe space. Also, I left behind something of value in the hotel and the front desk worked with me to find a way to ship it back to me. That doesn't include the person who helped us check-in when we got to the hotel who was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a no frills, basic hotel. My room was not ready when I arrived at 4pm. There is one ice maker on the property on the 8th floor with no signage. Couldn’t find the fitness center. The property is very close to The Kennedy Center
