Never again!
The room was almost broken into by a white man in a hoodie. Luckily my fiancé and I heard him opening the window when he began to stick his head in we yelled “HEY” at him and he took off running. The next morning we looked behind the dresser and there was drug paraphernalia behind it! The place was very outdated doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The mattresses at old and tanish yellow looking they also didn’t have fitted sheets just one sheet tucked into the boxspring and a blanket. Luckily we had pillow cases. From now on I will spend a few more dollars to stay somewhere nicer.

No remote for the tv. People were banging on the door trying to get in . I open the door and there were these two Spanish people standing there trying to get in saying they were given my room number. Sink in bathroom not thorough clean.the bed spreads had paint on them I tried using the dirty phone to call the front desk the phone ranged for over an hour. No one answered. People look like crackheads never again will I ever stay in a place like that . I want to get a refund I paid money but slept in my car.

Its a motel, not a hotel
The doors to the rooms are electronic and they malfunction often, to the extent that you may find yourself unable to get back in your room. There is no staff at certain hours, which is a problem if you get locket out of your room due to a malfunctioning door lock. I was given a room that had garbage in ita closet and its air conditioning unit caught fire. After the fire alarm went off I was fiven another room, but this one had a shower that was full of dirt and sand. By the time i realised I would not be able to shower it was already too late as there was no staff. I went to sleep without showering.

Was unable to check-in. Attendant's whereabouts were unknown as no one picked up on phone calls or answered the door. Waited for over an hour with no response, so had to book elsewhere. The place looked quite deserted.and lacking maintainance and cleaning for a long time. Amazingly, the motel was not completely vacant.

There are several good motels in that area. This was a dive, poorly maintained. No TV, no Microwave, no fridge, no AC, just a plug-in fan. I have not seen a room that poor in 30 years or more.

It was a place just for sleep honestly. The sink was broken, and so was the toilet. The room smelt like cigarettes and there were stains all over the couch and chairs. I didn’t mind the space because I knew I wouldn’t be spending much time there other than dropping off my bags, but if you’re looking for a place to relax, this is not it.

Poor excuse for a motel.. all those ratings come absolute no BS. It's not staffed and he is out from the office all day too. He shows around 5 or so in his professional T-Shir. Had no water all day not even a note on the office door explainging what's going on.. total unprofessional total 0 respect. It's a damn shame when your considering the alternatives it doesn't matter where you stay these damn motel owners need to step up to there game. They have to remember there dive that's being passed as a motel needs to stop I'm sure they have no problem sleeping at night either.. paying public voice out to this crap too .

I thought I would have a great experience at this hotel after reviewing their accommodation. When I arrived to check in, I was given assigned room to stay. When I arrived, one of their cleaners were not done cleaning the room in time. I had to wait 15-20 additional minutes before I can come in. The room?? Awful! Didn’t have a TV, refrigerator, lamp. Bathroom? No plug to hold the water in bathtub, shower only. I decided to check out yesterday morning based on those experiences I faced. The host was NOT even in the office on a Saturday morning. I called the 800 number and was given run around. I knew I am going to lose my refund for the inconveniences I experienced. This is NOT the motel/hotel you want to stay for a night or so in Alexandria, VA. Seek elsewhere better than this hotel/motel.

The room was disgustingly dirty, first time ever my wife saw cockroaches in an accomodation. carpet had weird stains, all corners of the ceiling had webs, the water wouldn't drain in the bath tub, the mirror in the room was cleaned with a damp cloth dirty watermarks were there to the point that you cant see yourself. Lamp shades were broken. There was no drinking water in the room. the closet was really dirty too. I wish I could upload pictures. Really horrible, Its right on a main road too so if you open the door you can see the road right nex to the parking lot, no privacy at all. We stayed at an econolodge near airforce base which was 100 times better for same price.
