Would Never stay with Coda again
Stay, what stay. The day of, Coda sent a message that they over booked even though I emailed the night before to verify with Nicole Maulawin that i was all set for check-in and i booked this 6 months prior. They then sent me to another hotel that was in a different part of town with no amenities and making me have to take taxis everywhere. The hotel they sent me to was not clean at all and had views of another apartment 4 feet away making me have to keep the blinds closed the whole time.

The wall are so thin you can hear everything outside it’s so live at night. Every time I would fall asleep I was waken up to the noise outside from yelling to music to people in front of the building hangout. Although the layout of the apartment was nice the cleanliness is questionable.dust everywhere nothing wiped down. The bare minimum of cleaning. Towels had dirt spots on them. The sofa smells like dog the floor was dirty, not mopped at all. When I layed down on the bed, all I can smell was dog. The sink stopped up and the shower had hair in it.

Overall, great place to stay. Thought there could be another nightstand in one of the rooms and with five people staying there, it would have been nice if there were five sets of towels and hand towels. I’d def stay again. Clean, good toiletries available and close proximity to things! Thank you!

Beat stay ever!
This was our best experience we ever could have had! We will definitely be recommending friends to stay here. The staff made us feel at home, welcoming, and very accommodating. Access to the penthouse was phenomenal. Definitely a great place to hang out.

Great value for the money
This place still feels brand spanking new. It's mostly renters, but it looks like the 2nd and 3rd floor are hotel space. For the price-range, the amenities and the location are top notch. As some others noted, there's construction going on that can be heard from the rooms. I was working remote and initially not thrilled about this, but the penthouse was gorgeous, empty, and a perfect office substitute. The building seems to be filling out and may get much busier down the road, but right now is the sweet spot for feeling like you have the amenities to a top notch apartment complex all to yourself.

This was our first time in D.C. and this place made it just that much better. From the staff to the actual room, everything was perfect. We will absolutely be back. The property was located walking distance from Nationals Park and from the monuments. The apartment had numerous features that you don't get in a hotel, like two bathrooms, kitchen, full fridge. But also hotel amenities like a front desk and gym.

Serviced apartment which has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to the Metro station and bus stops allowing easy access to attractions. Close to Nationals ballpark which means it could get crowded on match days - only an issue if you drive as street parking is limited. Will recommend!

A Good Stay
For an extended stay, this is an execellent hotel. Each room is a suite with a full kitchen. The hotel location is excellent with good restaurants nearby and it is a couple of blocks away from the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium.

This property was everything we needed for my families quick DC get away! Highly recommend for any families traveling the area. Public transit is close by for convenience to all of the monuments.

Awesome apartment stay in Washington SW /Navy Yard
Super modern, clean, great facilities, amazing location next to baseball stadium. Half a block to subway and bus stops. 24 hour reception. However beware that cooking anything in the kitchen is likely to set off fire alarms and cause evacuation of the building. (even once they got the stove exhaust fan working- staff didnt know how to stop or reset the fire alarms. 1 br apartment really just a studio with some screens around the bed. Amazing top floor penthouse common area with bbqs, tvs, sun deck and kitchens
