We had a nice corner room on the 10th floor. Wish the lobby was more like a true hotel lobby. The lobby is small and a nail business is just off the main floor. Personally think the nail salon space should be part of lobby for guests to enjoy.

Decent hotel, really close to nationals Park, which was the point of our day. The overall condition of the hotel was decent. The facilities were mostly upgraded, and the overall condition of the room was average. However, parking was very limited, I recommend getting there early. Upon checking in, we were placed in the handicapped room which we did not request. The bathroom situation was unacceptable. The shower wand was broken, and not only did it constantly point to the floor, it would not stay raised above 3 feet. Also, there was little to no water pressure. It was like rinsing off with a bottle of water. Not to mention the bathroom cleaning could use some attention as there was still hair left in the shower. Overall room condition average, quiet, and safe, convenient location. However, Due to the sanitary and equipment issues of the bathroom, I would not recommend staying at this hotel at this time.

This is a very nice hotel and so convenient to walk to the many restaurants and bars in the area, and only 2 blocks from the Washington Nationals stadium!

General Manager left a text message earlier in the morning of check in that there was an issue with the cc on file and the room would be canceled if I didn’t provide a new# . So after that was provided the front desk check in was still confusing to them . The room was nice , but bath towels and wash cloths were short for a two person stay . We called down to the desk for one more of each , however they were never provided. Overall the room was nice , yet on the small side . It is convenient to the Metro ( if you take the Metro to the hotel , exit on the Department of Transportation side and save yourself a ten minute longer walk ) and Nationals Ballpark.

The proximity to all the metros, restaurants and the Nationals Ball park. There was a grocery store a hop skip and a jump from the hotel. The staff was very considerate and helpful.

For the rates that we paid, the rooms were strictly basic. The service at the reception was non-existent. One of the persons at the front desk was so unengaged that it felt like we were imposing on her even when we had a simple question.
