Hello. We just stayed there last month. The sheets were dirty. No one ever came to change them. The water leaked in the bathroom the whole two days there. I reported it and nothing was done about it. I even showed the video of the things that weren’t up to part. It was dust on the end table and phone meaning wasn’t cleaned properly. If those hiccups didn’t happen it would’ve been good. We are now second guessing if we should even stay there again.

Inappropriate Maid Activity
I was traveling with my daughter from CA to VA. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 2am to the hotel. Our time zone is 3 hours earlier than Virginia. The maid walked into our room at 8am, 8:30am and 9am. I told her each time that we didn't arrive until late and we would be sleeping. The next day, she walks into our room at 7:45am and my daughter was undressed, going to the bathroom. I walked out to the hallway and didn't see a maid cart. She wasn't cleaning any rooms. I don't know what she was trying to do. My daughter is 12 years old.

This was the third time I have stayed at this property. It is so convenient to both the metro and the commuter rail. The staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant is really good and there are plenty of other dining options nearby as well. I like that they have a parking garage available for reasonable price. They are in a convenient location to the heart of Washington DC without actually having to stay in DC. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Crystal City-Washington, D.C., and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Karen at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, but Karen worked her magic and found a room for me right away. Her professionalism and cheerful demeanor made a great first impression. As someone visiting the area for the first time, I appreciated Karen's local expertise. She recommended some incredible dining spots nearby that I wouldn't have found otherwise. Each suggestion turned out to be a culinary delight, making my trip even more memorable. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for, but Karen's exceptional service truly stood out. It's clear she takes pride in her work and values her guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the D.C. area and will definitely return. Water leaked from shower to bathroom floor every time I took a shower and I shared thus 3x w/ front desk, shower water lukewarm on 10th floor—I told someone about that too. Renovation seemed very cheap looking.
