It was as expected, save the language barrier diffulties with staff. I encourage employment for anyone, but a certain degree of english should be required when it is a place of higher pedigree, such like the Marriot. It made me feel less welcome

MCM weekend so over priced with limited amenities. No free coffee in lobby. No microwave in room. And the parking garage had no clearly marked pedestrian exit, I walked back up the ramp to get out.

Parking is $45 and you can’t get out of the garage. Getting out of the garage is a nightmare. None of the key cards worked, so we were late for our dinner reservation. Also, finding your car….good luck. Breakfast was terrible. The potatoes and eggs tasted like they had chemicals in them which I paid for. At a lot of other places, the same type of breakfast is included with your stay and it’s 10 times better! This breakfast was disgusting. It was a clean place but that’s about it. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

My husband and I had a problem with our key/lock x 2. (Apparently the lock battery died ?) The maintainence person and the managers on duty were very professional, helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable after a very difficult day. We are most appreciative and we would definitely stay at Crystal Gateway Marriott again. Thank You!
