On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and well-informed about the local area, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed the variety of dining options available within the hotel, making meal choices convenient and enjoyable. On the other hand, During my stay, I found the parking fees for guests to be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I think the carpet could be updated for a more pleasant atmosphere.

Great hotel, location is perfect if you are wanting to walk to lots of shopping, tons of food options, Fillmore concert venue. Easy self parking. The room was very comfortable and all the staff we encountered was very friendly and accomodating. Will DEF be back if in that area again!
