Franklin park was decorated for Christmas so location from hotel had beautiful view. Hotel itself was in festive mode. Very nice.

Outdated but good
Historic hotel very close to the White House and other landmarks. Bed and pillows were supe comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated but well kept. Overall good stay.

They were very hospitable. Except the housekeeper only changed the bedsheets but didn’t wipe tv stand and the light stands, It was dusty. I reported the issue but nothing was done.

I think it is overall good. But I would recommend you well trained your front desk. When I asked the front desk with my bill after check out, she said that I doid not need to pay for it but I was charged eventually. The other situation is the phone call. When I called the front desk about the bill after I left, she just hung my phone after I said "got it" even without a bye.
