Beware! Bait and switch rooms
Pros - hotel is very quiet. You'd never know any other guest were there.
Cons - you are NOT given the upgraded room you pay for. They have you pay an upgraded charge for a better room but then when you arrive they will not give you that room. I paid for a "Studio - King room" and was given just a standard room with a king bed. I immediately called the front desk to tell them I was given the wrong room and the lady told me no I was not. I then went downstairs and it was a different lady at the front desk and I showed her the pictures of the room I booked and the booking info; she agreed that it was not the same room but would not help me and told me if I wanted to I could "make a complaint" about it the next day but acted like nothing would be done about it.
Next, the parking garage elevator did not work 2.5 of the 4 days I was there requiring you to walk two flights of stairs up in the freezing cold with anything you needed to take to room that day.
Lastly, the bed was HORRIBLE. I like a firm bed, but this bed was so incredibly hard it was like sleeping on a dining room table.
