Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the manager/front-desk personel who was working the Tuesday afternoon shift around 1:00. She handled a very tough customer who was demanding to be checked in early, to his wheelchair accessible room. He ranted and raved about his "ill treatment", but what I saw was a concerned and caring individual try her best to accommodate him, despite his behavior and that the room he wished to check into early had not yet been cleaned. The cleaning staff hopped to, and extended themselves above and beyond to allow her to satisfy this very grumpy and entitled customer. A

A code was required to enter the lobby restroom s, so it was very neat and clean. Starbucks available right off the elevator. However, it doesn’t accept a Starbucks gift card. Quiet bar and dining area. Rooms near and clean, fridge, safe and coffee maker in room. As with every place, not enough hangers. Would stay here again. Right across from all public transportation.

We were there for a conference, internet didnt work , air cond didnt work, food was terrible prison style food. Worst of all a few of us including myself were charged incidentals as high as $86 for charges that wete not ours or consumed One of the delegates got charge $238 cancellation fee which never happened and no one in the hotel can assist when you call from overseas once you look at your cr card statement
