Even though a Hilton Honors member I could not access the internet after the first day. The basic tv selection was horrible. The hotel was nice but these extra are expected and can be gotten by both higher and lower level hotel establishments.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was adequate and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately the guests on either side of my room were extremely loud and could be heard through the walls. I was not able to get much rest during my stay because of this.

The black out drape auto open did not work and instead of fixing it as I asked twice, maintenance opened them but then they wouldn’t lower. I did not ask a third time. Also in my room there was no toilet seat cover and the shower head had no spray option. The staff was friendly and the lobby area was very nice.

This was an excellent hotel near Courthouse metro and lots of great restaurants and Whole Foods. Located next to the police station it is a safe and quiet area.
