Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet considering it is close to Reagan National Airport. Visit to tour some of the museums and monuments in D.C. The hotel is within a 10 minute drive of downtown D.C. There’s a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. There’s also a McDonald’s next door. Will be visiting D.C. again and staying at the Holiday Inn in Crystal City.

I stayed in three different hotels on my last trip. This one had the best bed, but the worst pillows. That, however, is the closest thing I have to a complaint, and it's not bad enough to cost them a star. Excellent hotel.

The staff was not welcoming. It was a very busy weekend. There was line to check in and only one or two staff to check in customers. Only one elevator was working out of the three. The other two were out of service. There was at least a 10 minute wait for the one elevator. We decided to take the stairs from the seventh floor. The stairs led to the outside and around the back which was aa very weird and inconvenient and we had to use the room key. However, the key readers to get back in the hotel from the stair well were broken. I have been an IHG member for many years and have to say the last few stays at the Holiday Inn have not been pleasant.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Safe area, able to walk to dining/convenience stores. Included breakfast was superb every day. Rooms are very small, had problems with the toilet a few times but maintainence attended to the problem quickly. Overall, very satisfactory.
