Regardless of what temp was set for ac, it was 63 degrees in the room. Mentioned 3 times to front desk, with 2 visits to the room and it never adjusted. Im always the last person to feel cold, so if itnwas cold to me, it would be freezing to others.

We spoke with front desk staff about the air not working whatsoever in our room. It was freezing our entire stay, We explained the air was still very cold in our room and we told they had fixed it. We over heard other guest report the same. Lance the front desk was more or less useless. I came into the hotel after an emotional walk to the Veteran's Memorial, I asked him for a drink at their Market and he looked at with disgust and told me the rooftop bar was open. We won't go back.

Convenient hotel located next to public transit. Hallway was quite loud; could hear housekeeping repeatedly slamming doors in the morning. Room was clean. Had no outdoor view and there was cling film on the window so I could not see outside.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water. The shower water was luke warm and never got really hot.
