Suuri studio lähellä metroa

Tämä studio sijaitsee DC: n sydämessä, lähellä kaikkea DC: n tarjoamaa, olemme lyhyen 7-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta ja 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä alueen yli 10 ravintolasta. Se on hyvä paikka jollekin, joka vain haluaa nauttia kaupungista muutaman päivän ajan. Yksikkö on erittäin lämmin ja viihtyisä ja on loistava helmi ulkona tilaa nauttia kaupungin paikoista ja ääniä. On vain kadun pysäköintitilaa, mutta voit pysäköidä rajoittamattomasti kadun kummallakin puolella. Yksikössä on puoli keittiö, ei liesi, mutta siinä on mikroaaltouuni ja leivänpaahdin käytettäväksi. Se on yksi täysi kylpyamme suihkulla. Vain 4 korttelin päässä Shaw / Howard U. Metro, tämä moderni Englanti kellarissa apt., & Korkeat katot on walkable paikalla gourmet ruokakauppaan, baareja, ravintoloita, Convention Center, ja Chinatown. Koti on paljastettu tiili, vain 5 metropysäkin päässä Valkoiseen taloon, ostoskeskukseen ja museoihin. Shawin naapuruus on elinvoimainen, jatkuvasti muuttuva ja täynnä monimuotoisuutta ja nuoria. First time in DC
I brought two energetic daughters to DC, and this suite was perfect for the three of us. Roydell had everything ready when we arrived - including extra snacks, coffee & tea makings, etc. You can tell he has done this before. The suite was clean and comfortable, a nice place to crash after busy days seeing the sights. The suite provides options for travel. We drove our vehicle, but there is a subway station nearby. An all-day guided tour was very informative and helped us solidify our plans for things to see and do. Then we bounced between the national mall area and the suite for the rest of our time in DC. It was great to have “tourist time” and then stop by a neighborhood grocery store on the way back for normal routines and food. Roydell is a great host - we’ll be back! Highly recommended!

For never had been to DC before, I have to say we hit the jackpot with this VRBO. Located perfectly out of the way of the hustle of the city but close enough to Uber or rent a car to enjoy what the city has to offer.

O.M.G. I got lost at one point and not only did Roydel (manager) assist me bit he literally made certain that my stay was confortable and pleasant. There was water and a few treats. My wife and I loved our stay. It was only 5-6 city blocks from a metro stop. Roydell was very kind and welcoming. The property was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. It was close to the Metro and easy to navigate. The Google maps took us to the wrong side of street because there is NW and NE in the same street. The studio apartment was cute and perfect for two. The host was very responsive to questions. We both really liked the shower as it was large and roomy.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated
For starters, Roydell allowed us to check in early as we were coming from the train, with our luggage. This was greatly appreciated! The studio was clean, stocked with essentials, very comfortable bed. We found it easy to walk or bike to the National Mall. Thank you for the positive interactions and perfect studio for our stay.

Awesome location GREAT HOST
The location was perfect. Close to everything. Was cheap lift rides everywhere. The host was amazing. He lives upstairs so anytime I had a question or anything g he was available. I ended up having to have an important piece of mail overnighted there and he saw it come in and I asked him to please throw it inside. He did and sent me a picture. He is amazing. I can’t say it enough. Such a beautiful area as well. He keeps the home very well maintained and clean!!! Will be back for sure.

Roydell was great!
We had a great stay! Roydell met us, showed us around, provided some bottled water, snacks, kcups, and metro cards. He was an excellent host! The property was clean and well kept with an external door to the street. Our only struggle was the lack of thermostat in the space. We adjusted to the temperature though as it was not extreme, just different than our norm. It is a 10ish minute walk to the metro, which we used constantly while there. As our stay passed the walk seemed longer though 😂. We were able to park our vehicle on the street right in front of the property without any concern. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
Two of us spent 2 nights here and the place was perfect! Self-entry and an easy walk from the metro. The place is spacious and has everything needed including a full bathroom, fridge, dishes, shampoo and conditioner, and even water and kind bars :). The manager is very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Everything in the apartment was as promised. Clean and well furnished, complete with water in the fridge and snacks. Perfect for the location with a short walk to Metro and Big Bear restaurant. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to DC.

Impeccable accommodations
Roydell is an outstanding host. The accommodations were very comfortable and incredibly clean. His attention to detail was absolutely incredible. He even left water and snacks for us when we our arrived. The towels are nice and fluffy and smelled amazing. In a very nice Central location close to many things. It was an absolute joy to stay. We will definitely recommend to everyone we know, and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Our accommodation for our Washington visit was ideal for what we needed and in a very good location. Close to the Metro stations even though we just walked to most of our destinations. We had everything we needed, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and we slept well.

Great DC stay
We had a nice time in DC and this was a good place to stay. When we arrived, the property owner came down to greet us and give a quick tour of the property. He was very helpful in giving us tips about the city and great places to eat. He had snacks and water ready for us as well, which was a nice touch. Our only complaint was that the floor and rug around the bed area felt a little grubby and our feet were gross after walking around a bit, but other than that, the bathroom was very clean, as well as the bed sheets and kitchen area. It was a pretty good walk down to the metro station. There are a couple of rentable bike stations very close by the property, and another at the metro, so it was easy to get back and forth as long as there were bikes available and empty spots to dock the bikes once we were done. The area felt safe to walk around in. Great home base since we didn't have a car. Easy to get down to the National Mall via the metro. Check in and out were very easy.
