Perfect home for our group. We rented out the entire house which gave us lots of space for everyone. Adam was a great host! Location was very convenient- just a short walk to the Metro, grocery store and coffee house.

We had a small school group of 6 adults and 8 students stay. Renting out the entire place gave us plenty of room and super helpful to have a kitchen for dinners and a separate one for breakfast preparation. Very short walk to the Metro for our busy days! Adam always very helpful and responsive!

Group of 8 professionals traveled as friends to see the sights and receive briefings on the Hill. Allowed for easy sleeping arrangements and the ability to socialize together after the day was done. We rented all three units in this flat for a family reunion. It was the perfect space for our group. Adam is super responsive and easy to work with. The bathrooms are all super clean and updated. Would recommend highly for any large group gathering!!!!
