You get what you pay for.
While the location and price are right, including helpful onsite staff, I cannot say enough bad things about their systems, the condition of the property and their "contactless setup". And I'm not alone / everyone I chatted with on the elevator agreed. Despite their claim of 24.7 support my television didn't work the whole trip and emails about it were ignored. The bathtub was full of filthy water when I got to my room and the toilet had excrement in it. I dropped something under my bed where I discovered filth that made me recoil - and I'm not much of a housekeeper. Perhaps the other locations are different but this one is a dump.

This is a keeper
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. The space is exactly what is needed. Also is very comfortable, very spacious, and VERY VERY CLEAN. The reception staff are helpful and also interested in the stay being excellent. Also it is a very convenient area as it was only 10 min away from the area I was working in near Dupont Circle. This is a keeper!

No site parking. Area was full of loiterers drinking on sidewalks. We did not feel safe. Didn't even walk to the building as we felt unsafe. I call to cancel they said I couldn't. I expect at least a refund for the second night. We had to get another room. Do not recommend. Horrible experience.

Reasonably priced, quiet, clean hotel. Loved the in suite laundry and kitchen! Walkable to downtown area and to newly developed Union Market area. Subway is 10-15 walk away but streets are uncomfortably wide and busy with traffic. We were comfortable to walk in daylight hours but would not have done so after dark.

What I liked about the property is how they had every appliance available for you. It was clean, spacious, and felt like being home. I highly recommend apartment hotels vs regular hotels. Just always make sure parking is available when you choose to stay in one if your driving. But this place had easy parking Thank God.

Placemakr NoMa is in the heart of DC, near the Gallaudet/NoMa transit station. There are shops and restaurants within a few blocks. The whole building is short term rental apartments, and there are digital keypad locks at the front door of the building, the entry of the apartment, etc. The front desk is staffed for most of the day, and the staff members there are helpful and kind. The people in the neighboring apartments were quiet and polite - we slept well. The kitchen had new appliances and enough cookware/serveware. The setting is urban, with auto traffic at some hours, people riding electric bikes and scooters on the sidewalks, some loud/rude people on the sidewalks, etc.

The staff was great especially the young lady who worked night shift. She was so accommodating and sweet. Thank you for allowing us to room at your location in DC. The area had some activity but my daughter and I (her mother) did just fine by ourselves and were very comfortable. Parking is scarce along with the eateries. Loved the apartment style living and we had the corner spot which had a nice view of the area. Beautiful at night where we kept the blinds open in the living area.

The property is very clean and the front desk team is nice. The location is less appealing. It's next to a highway and an area of the city very noisy and with many emergency vehicles driving through the area. Good stay for a low cost layover, but not the place for a vacation.

Amazing stay, I just wished I didn’t have to go downstairs everytime I had a guest to let them in. There should be a guest code for us to give our guest to get in main door, that doesn’t work our room door.
