The apartment was gorgeous and had more amenities than most places we’ve stayed. It was comfortable and the staff was nice. I enjoyed being able to just have a code sent to my phone to check in instead of carrying around and potentially losing a key card. Definitely staying here again at some point!

We liked the apartment - large, spacious, clean, everything we needed - except for clothes hangers in the closets! Visitors, like us, will always have something to hang. But we got by... Communication and access was great, as was the person who greeted us at the door. We would rent again - and bring our own hangers.

On checkin we discovered the room had not been prepared for our stay (used towels, sheets etc). No one was available to clean the room so we were upgraded which was as good. Another guest experienced the same situation on arrival that day as well. Other than that facility and staff were great.

This was my first visit at a Placemakr. I found the entry to be easy and the room to be clean, comfortable and modern. I stayed here to be within walking distance of Georgetown's Capitol Campus, but the neighborhood along my walk felt sketchy.

Overall the unit I was in was clean, well lit and as described. Trying to gain access upon arrival was a bit difficult but someone at the desk was able to help me. The neighborhood where this property is situated isn't the greatest, but not a deal breaker. During the day it's okay to move about but at night I would not recommend. There were not many places nearby to grab a bite to eat and the entrance to the property sits on a busy street that was congested most of the time, so I had to walk to get to my Uber sometimes. Would I stay again maybe. It wasn't horrible and being in an updated property was nice, however the area was a major drawback for me.

This is the only place I've ever worried that I might not be safe. This is a very nice facility, built in the middle of a very run down neighborhood. I got "stared down" a few times, just walking out the door. I cannot recommend this place
