The host was wonderful and very responsive and friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished and the king size bed is comfortable. There's a lovely stall shower in the very modern bathroom. The kitchen sink is a little small and there isn't much counter space, pans or kitchen utensils if you're planning on cooking. It's about a 30 minute Uber to museums and other DC attractions. The buses and train are only a short walk. Street parking is available first come first served. Overall it's a very nice place and nice area, but a little far from downtown. last

Enjoyed Washington, DC!
Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Washington DC. Restaurants, subway and grocery store were all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Great location overall. Apartment is only accessible via a narrow spiral staircase, so is not easily accessible for all.

Comfort, quiet in a great location
This property is a small penthouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood near, but not in the middle, of Washington. Transportation and nice neighborhood bistros and shopping are nearby. The property owners live onsite and are sensitive to their guests needs. The accommodations are spacious with everything one needs, and more.

Well appointed, spacious, and bright attic suite with fireplace and terrace. Nice neighborhood walking distance to grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. Comfortable king bed. Spiral staircase was not a problem, but something to watch out for some guests. Much enjoyed our stay and specially sitting by the warm push button fireplace. Highly recommend.

Excellent and Wonderful
Wonderful property. Affordable and clean. Well appointed. Stayed here with my son as we launched him on his internship. We didn’t need a full kitchen but had the necessities of a coffee maker and fridge. Beautiful and safe neighborhood and convenient to where we needed to be. Owner very kind and receptive to thermostat needs and questions. Would stay here again. Highly recommend

Great loft!
The property was easy to find, and communication was easy. The rental is the top floor of the house, and has separate access. I found navigating the stairs not too difficult but I'd caution that the final set of stairs is a tight spiral, and was a bit difficult with heavy bags. The rental is open, bright and airy, and was a pleasant place to relax. All the fittings are brand new, and it was very welcoming! The neighborhood is quiet and close to the metro. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this clean, bright third-floor apartment. While sparely furnished, it has all the essentials, and the high ceilings in the LR with floor to ceiling windows out to the terrace highlight the green treetop views. Terrific value, as most other options at this price point in the neighborhood are basement apartments with little light. Last flight of stairs is a spiral staircase which might be tricky for some. Would stay again.

Great energy beautiful space and view.
I loved staying in this penthouse modern rooftop. The private entrance is a plus but even the main entrance is semi private. The space was well designed and comfortable. Loved my stay here.
