This hotel was pretty good and well located. However, the area is plenty of homeless people. Very limites options to ear around the are but the restaurant in the hotel was pretty good

Cancer not a good enough reason for refund.
Tried to cancel because my wife had chemotherapy and we were refused. I understand that there were not supposed to be any cancelations but I would consider this an exceptional circumstance. And we offered plenty of notice.
