Romantic get-a-way or business trip- this retreat is designed to be quiet and secluded. Amazing, comfortable king size bed, well appointed kitchenette with single hot plate and microwave provides you with all the essentials to Escape.

Enjoy nearby golf, hikes and shopping as well as all the other wonderful venues the greater St George area has to offer.

This studio layout casita is attached to the main house. It has it's own private entrance and no shared walls with the house.

Escape Properties are here as a tool during your stay, but we try to stay out of your way as you enjoy your vacation. If you need us we are here!

Guests will have full access to the casita and may park in the driveway in front of the single car garage. Guests will also have access to Green Springs Clubhouse Pool.

This unit, for temporary housing, will require a $750 refundable security deposit.

Off of I-15 and the Green Springs Exit. (#10 in Washington). Easy access to shopping and area hikes

We stayed for a golf tournament. We stayed in this property last year also.
The only problem with this property is the lighting in the bathroom. My wife said she couldn’t see to put her makeup on.

We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this was a perfect place. Conversely located to everything, very clean, in a great golf course community.

I rented this place for my sons baseball tournament. It ended up raining and we were freezing after.
After sitting in the rain all day, I tried to take a warm bath, it filled up about four inches with warm water, then went cold. I contacted Kendall and was told a plumber would be out. That never happened, even after I was told one would meet me there Saturday at 2:30. I asked for a refund and that never happened. Also not mentioned, the thermostat needs to stay between 72-80. It was interesting to me that the thermostat kept going higher without me changing it. I will most likely not use Verbo properties again.

We loved the space, amenities and the BED, that bed was amazing. But, the hot water heater was so small, we only could take one shower then had to wait 30 minutes for the next-learned that the hard way 🥶

Property was perfect for our visit. 45 min drive to zion was nice and it had all of the leisure’s we wanted at a cheaper rate than what we could find closer to the park. Location to the airport was ideal as well. The property was cute and small and all that we needed.

The guest home was perfect for my needs
The host was great at communication. Home was well kept and put together. All necessary items were provided for a fantastic stay. I was there for 4 weeks for work. This is a seperate detached guest house and I ran into the owner one time and he was the most welcoming individual! will stay here again!!!
