Stay away, anywhere else, this hotel is not it
The hotel lacked for most things expected for the exorbitant prices we paid. Our room was dated and breaking down. The sofa bed my sons were expected to sleep on was covered in cigarette burns. When I arrived to the hotel (one hour after check in time) I was met with a line of greater than 20 people and only one person working the desk. I waited for over an hour and when I got to the front of the line finally was “greeted” with a terrible attitude, not a single “thank you for your patience” or “how can we make things better?”. The portable crib promised for our baby was not in the room and took another 3 hours to show up in our room. I would never stay at this hotel if given the chance again. Stay somewhere else in the area, there are plenty of other options.

Not worth the price.
The hotel was severely understaffed when I checked in resulting in a 45 minute wait. The one reception staff did a marvelous job remaining pleasant and helpful yet I remain amazed that the hotel did not staff properly on a weekend when there was a well known major event going on that had the hotel completely sold out. The hotel decor is dated especially in the rooms. Overall, I would say the hotel was adequate but certainly not worth what I paid.

We came here for one night for the Marine Corps Marathon. Check-in was horrible because over half the rooms weren’t ready for guests at check-in time (4pm). They didn’t seem to care there was an issue either. Seems like they should have planned better since this is a yearly event and they know it well in advance. Beds were nice, bathrooms were dated & had hairs scattered around, TV didn’t work, bathtub didn’t drain, stains on other furniture in the room. Parking onsite was an additional $40 and is very tight. I’d suggest not driving a large SUV or truck. Doubt I will choose this hotel again.

Recently stayed here while attending a conference in DC and I must say the staff is absolutely phenomenal! There were issues with my reservation but Ryan made sure everything was resolved. Raquan and CJ at the front desk were the best! I travel for work often and can attest that the staff here truly value their guests. I can tell they are slowly making upgrades to the rooms which makes me look forward to my next stay even more…Definitely will be a returning guest!

Card keys to enter to the parking garage wouln't work well, but staffs were well handled with that issue. The property and rooms were clean and nice.
