Excellent service from the staff. Exceptionally helpful. Clean, well stocked bathroom and kitchen area. Perfect temperature on the AC during some hot days. Located in convenient area of foggy bottom with access to grocery stores, restaurants, cvs, bus system and monorail. Our stay was perfect.

When we first checked in the toilet was acting up- then it flooded the entire bathroom floor. The manager at first told us there were no other rooms she could move us to- that we just had to wait for the for maintenance to fix the toilet. Yeah- no way. She finally consented to move us to a different room, where we found some previous guest’s hair all over the bathroom floor. In addition, the air conditioning in the second room didn’t work. We will not stay there again. Kind of gross, honestly.

Moving daughter into college
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such sweetness and every time we left or came bck were greeted with such politeness. The parking attendants were also so friendly and helpful. Especially the night attendant not sure of his name. Everything was cleaned nice by maid attendants as well. We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend your hotel.
