My stay

I had a nice peaceful stay it’s a very quiet hotel no people hanging out outside or anything one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in to be honest. Very clean I was surprised how clean it was . The only thing I didn’t really like was I had my Medical Alert Service Dog with me and he kept asking me for an ID for him which isn’t a thing those are fake and ordered online real service dogs legally don’t need paperwork. I just wish they would read the ADA Laws because that was stressful.

Terrible for asthmatics

So after we checked in, we went to the third floor and it was so hot. The first two floors were fine.. we got into our room and it was even worse. We left the heat just to get into more heat in our room. The window was open and the AC was off. I could barely breathe. The AC was on two hours while we were gone to the store, came back and STILL super hot. I went to borrow a fan from them to just blow on us and used our fan from home, to blow on the kids. It didn’t cool off until that next morning. The hallways were still hot though the whole time and they kept the windows open on the stairs.. which wastes even more money. Then, we were given 3 towels for 6 people.. when we asked for more, they wanted the 3 dirty ones before they could give us 3 more. There was also a roach running across the floor in the laundry room when the man had me follow him to the laundry room to exchange the towels. We came home and washed literally EVERYTHING whether it was still clean or dirty.
