I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience involving this hotel. Upon arrival at Hotel, we were assigned a room that was entirely unacceptable due to extreme noise levels caused by equipment on the roof. When we requested a room change, the staff not only refused in an unacceptably rude and condescending manner but also falsely claimed that no other rooms were available, despite clear evidence to the contrary. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and included inappropriate comments that are entirely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. As a result of this situation, we were forced to book another hotel, which not only disrupted our day but also completely ruined our plans. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration, far below the standard we expect from properties listed and recommended by Expedia
