When we got to the mayflower hotel at 4pm Saturday the 12th they could not confirm our reservation. We all tried to contact your company but could not . About an hour and a half two hours later we finally decided to drive back home to NC. The manager on duty, The manager on duty was nice but could not accommodate us. Very disappointed and we were very tired because we drove there that morning from NC and all the way home that evening

Ridiculous incidental fee
I was charged $1300 for incidentals. The property manager in the day wanted to make it right however the property manager in the evening wanted to check me out and check me back in. In the end, nothing was resolved and I’m still having to wait for the $1300 to come back to my account plus another $86 for resort fees.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and restaurant was great for breakfast. At night it was a bit noisy. Would stay here again - very convenient to Metro and neighborhood is pleasant
