Consistently Solid Service & Comfortable Stay
This particular visit was to attend a funeral and I wanted a place where I knew I would be comfortable and provided consistent service. I chose the Westin for that reason and was not disappointed. My room was clean and the rainfall shower was very relaxing at a time when I really needed it. The restaurant was in the process of renovations (should be reopened by later in Sept. 2024 if on track), but even the upstairs breakfast buffet in its place was very good with a wide variety of hot, fresh food. I only wished it was offered later on the weekend! The valet service took good care of my car and despite the ticket saying it required up to 20 minutes, it never took more than 5. By the time I texted for my car and made my way down the elevator to the front, my car had arrived. I appreciated another great stay at this location and will be back.
