Great month-long stay
We just finished a month-long stay at this really well laid out apartment. It's spotlessly clean, everything works, and communication with the host was great. We didn't really need anything from him but he kept in touch throughout our stay. Having the bedroom upstairs, separate from the living room and kitchen, means one person can go to bed (or stay in bed) while the other one is up. (It was just two of us, so we never used the downstairs futon as a bed, only as a sofa.) Having a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, a range and oven, and a microwave meant we could do cook there instead of eating out every night, which gets really expensive in the D.C. area. And having a reserved, private lot parking space is a huge bonus in any urban area. It was wonderful to pull right in and just be steps from the front door. Would gladly stay again.

Great for young couples
It was clean and modern in a multicultural neighborhood. May be challenging for individuals with mobility concerns. The property manager was quick with communication, though it really is only meant for 2 people. Well appointed and modern space.

Location was good and it was clean.
I was here with my 2 teenagers and my fiancé visiting my older 2 daughters that live in Silver Spring. The description indicates that it sleeps 4. In reality, it only sleeps 2 adults and 1 teen. My daughter ended up staying with my daughters’ that live here because the “sleeper sofa” was actually a crappy futon. It was fine fire the 3 of us to sleep there, but no talk place to sit to hang out as the futon was so small. The only other seating was 4 stools at the mini table and a desk chair in the loft. The full bathroom’s door didn’t even shut all the way. It was a 12 minute walk to the metro station.

Good place to stay.
Very good place to stay. The sleeping sofa bed is comfortable for smaller kids only. Also, I think the house property damage insurance or deposit is slightly high.
