I spent one night with family, overall the experience was good. A few things stood out for me though, we did a sweep of the hotel and one of the beds the mattress had mold! Otherwise everything else was good about our stay, especially the exceptional service received from hotel staff.

I had a great interaction with the staff…until I didn’t. Unfortunately I had a migraine all night. The woman at the desk checked for ginger ale and helped me get Advil out of the vending. The cleaning staff gave me a bag for ice (ice machine didn’t work). All good. When I asked for a late check out, however, I was required to pay half the cost of my room and the woman at reception wouldn’t budge. Won’t go back because this seemed unreasonable and insensitive.
