Front desk is apparently self check in now.. we had an issue and the front desk worker was apparently extremely annoyed that we were bothering her trying to get keys to our room. Everything else about the property was great!

This was a perfect option while visiting DC. The pluses: Walking distance to Union station and the Capitol, friendly staff, beautiful outdoor pool, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and great security team. The minuses: No mini fridge in the room, an expensive resort fee and no hair dryer (so make sure to bring your own).

Loved the modern vibe of the hotel. The roof deck with pool was relaxing if you could get a sectional area. Note: You will need to ask someone to put up the umbrella, and this person was not dressed in Yotel attire, so it made it hard to find him at times.

The hotel is modern and is aesthetically interesting. The restaurant is first-class, and the outdoor pool and bar are a nice benefit. Rooms are spare but are comfortable with Smart beds and pleasing with the ability to change the ambient lighting. However, the bathroom needs extra hooks to hang damp towels. The major complaint is the temperature control. When set below 70 F, the rooms are very cool, but when set above 70 F the unit blows out warm moist air that makes the room very humid. There doesn't seem to be a middle-ground between the extremes.

Lovely hotel close to Union station
Lovely room, comfy rising electric bed. Rooftop pool good but closed at 8pm so didn't have much time to enjoy it. Second time staying, will be back

First off the room was clean. There were roaches which made me take my luggage down to my car. Also the police were called from another room very loud fighting. I was terrified did not get any sleep at all. That will be my last time I ever book this place not satisfied. I thought I was going to have a lovley get away but NOT.
