Full access to the lower unit. We do have a couple locked closet spaces we use for storage.

The stairs lead to the main level and the door stays locked for safety and security of both parties.

Just minutes from the Columbia River trails and Washougal River, this home away from home offers the perfect mix of adventure and comfort. Close to town yet surrounded by PNW beauty, it’s ideal for hiking, biking, canoeing, or simply unwinding.

Stay connected with 1Gig WiFi and enjoy your own private entrance and outdoor lounge space. Inside, relax in the cozy living room with a wood stove and smart TV, cook in the fully equipped kitchen with seating for 10, and rest easy in queen-size memory foam beds. The bathroom features double sinks and plenty of freshly laundered towels.

Additional perks include a washer/dryer, two rollaway beds, and a front porch with a grill and outdoor lighting. Whether for work, adventure, or relaxation, this house has it all!

Because we are a bit farther from the town, public transport is not easily accessible. Recommended to use third-party transportation companies or drive your own vehicle if possible.

Just a few things to keep in mind during your stay:

🔹 Steps to the Entrance: There are a few steps leading to the private entrance, so it may not be the best fit for those with mobility concerns.

🔹 Friendly Upstairs Neighbor: A long-term tenant lives on the main level of the house, but your space remains completely private.

🔹 Pet-Free Stay: While we love animals, this unit is pet-free to keep it comfortable for all guests. We do have two friendly dogs on-site, and you may see them from time to time—but rest assured, they’re well-behaved!

🔹 Temperature Control: Heating and A/C are set to a comfortable level and managed from upstairs. If you'd like an adjustment, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate as quickly as possible!
