Hotel was very clean and well maintained however, for me, the gifhlight of my wtay was the very frirbdly and welcoming staff. From moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everyone was really friendly and personable.

Though the parking area is very tight and the common areas are drab, our room was clean, safe, and comfortable, with an excellent shower. Trust me, in gritty Waterford, the Fitzwilton is a virtual oasis.

Comfortable stay and good location
Very nice buffet breakfast included. Good location within walking distance of train station and nice restaurants and museums. The staff was very helpful; we appreciated the reception desk calling a restaurant for us for dinner reservations.

Great hotel! Not much parking though...
Great hotel with good location in waterford, with walking distance to the central part of the city. Parking was not available on night we arrived forcing us to park in a public lot for the first night, so arrive close to check-in time to avoid this from happening.
