The bathroom shower did not appear to have a good cleaning and the towels had stains. The air conditioning in the room worked fine, but apparently was out in the hallway on some floors, so waiting in the hallway and the elevator in Texas summer heat was not good!

My only issue was that there was a roach in the coffee pot area. I olny seen one but one was too many for me.

We stayed at this property a year ago when we helped family move to Texas. The hotel is convenient to shopping and highways. The staff is friendly especially the Bistro staff. They are so helpful and accomodating. The only issue we had is that our room had some spiders. I was bitten on two fingers and we killed several spiders. We reported this to the front desk and told them that the room needed to be sprayed for bugs.

We were given a handicapped room on the first floor. Should've changed rooms right away, but were pressed for time to get to a graduation. The room was musty smelling. The shower had mold. The wall-paper was peeling off the wall; dust on the lamp shades. I could go on, but suffice it to say, the room was in poor condition. Bed was OK.

Best hotel ever

The staff went over and beyond and met all of our needs. The food was good and we had an amzing time. We absolutely loved to staff they were so personable and friendly. Ty so much for a wonderful stay.
