A brand new swim-spa with a gorgeous new natural wood deck is fully equipped with lounge chairs and tables. The home is perfectly situated 3 miles from downtown Weaverville and 10 miles from Asheville. There are beautiful mountain views from the home and private multilevel back decks. The primary bedroom has views, vaulted ceilings and a walk-in closet. It also has an en-suite bath with separate vanities, walk-in shower and jetted tub. The large lower level includes a media room, bonus room/gym/office, additional family room with fireplace, extra storage and a second bonus room with en-suite bath. Fantastic Property!
We were a group of 13 women on a bachelorette party and this house was incredible. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and the kitchen allowed us to cook many meals. The gathering spaces (living rooms, theatre) were great for our large group. The views from the deck were lovey. We had 1 small issue with the dishwasher- the management company got back to us quickly and resolved the issue without any challenge. A few broken items- chipped tile around the fireplace and the large window in the living room was shattered. Other than that, we loved it and would stay here again.

Perfect getaway for a group retreat
I brought 5 of my team together for a work retreat and the house was the perfect place to both work and relax. Everyone was able to have their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect and I loved the multiple living areas to hang out. There are two hot tubs, fire pit, and any kind of restaurant you would need within 3-4 miles. Amazing food at Twisted Laurel and The Glass Onion. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the porches listening to the birds and watching the sun rise and set. I highly recommend this property. The renting agency was very communicative and helpful during our stay.

Girls Weekend
This property was absolutely amazing!! It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with pretty Mountain View’s. Every room is so spacious and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is also well stocked. They even had coffee pods! We had 15 women in our group and never once did we feel crowded. The theater chairs were so comfy and the hot tub and swim spa were perfect also! They were both so HOT! We really loved it. The decks are very nice also. I was most impressed that the house comes with towels, sheets, extra blankets, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and an endless supply of toilet paper, and trash bags! They also provided shampoo, conditioner, and hand towels. I was pleasantly surprised. Communication with the property manager was also phenomenal. I have stayed at many properties and this is by far, my absolute favorite!! I highly recommend this property! 10/10 all around!!

We had our annual Ladies trip at this home. Absolutely perfect set up. The location is very convenient for Asheville. The town of weaverville was just a few minutes away and very fun. The home was set up perfectly for us. We watched a movie and stayed in one night. Highly recommend

Our group had an awesome stay in Weaverville! The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the swimspa, hot tub, and deck. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and it was easy for us to get to different places in Asheville. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick road trip from Nashville- Great House
This house was amazing! It has all of the room that you would ever need! It is in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to navigate and close to all of the Asheville attractions. The kitchen is very well stocked- there are even coffee pods available. The bedrooms are spacious as well as all of the common areas. This would be perfect for a large family group, small reunion, or an adult girls trip. Some notes- if you want 2-ply tp, bring it. Also, access to the pool is a little challenging if you have anyone in your group has mobility issues (or particularly clumsy). The foosball and pool table are in the garage, which seemed like a pet may have been kept there. Also, the laundry room needed a bit of attention. Overall- really an excellent home, with all the comforts of home (and more!) and I would definitely stay here again.

Wish it had a baby gate and a high chair
It was a great house, not much of a view though. My only complaint is the listing said it had a high chair and i have twins who are 1 so it was quite annoying when we couldn't find it. Also there are stairs assume no baby gate so that was a constant battle.

Immaculate, beautiful fully equipped house perfect for many friends, family!
The property is a wonderful choice for a large gathering. The kitchen is completely stocked with all appliances (large and small) cutlery, dishes, etc. There is a beautiful firepit, hot tub, and swim pool (I'm not sure of the actual name), and a TV/Movie room where we watched the Kentucky Derby. Just thank you thank you for providing an incredible retreat for 10 college friends from the 80's! And mostly, communication with the managers was immediate and seamless. Thank you!

Great house for a weekend with friends!
Five families stayed in this awesome house for a long weekend. Plenty of room for everyone and super close to Asheville. We had a blast. Everyone loved the swim spa and hot tub. The movie room was also a huge hit. It was truly a wonderful weekend. We had an issue with the hot tub and Mighty Tree sent someone out to take care of it asap. Super pleased with the customer service. Only negatives were the scratchy toilet paper (ouch! Universally commented on) and that the bedding could have been better. Bedding was sort of worn and a little on the cheap side. Overall though would stay again and a great time was had by all!

The house was beautiful and very roomy. The kitchen is not very well stocked. Unfortunately the swim spa was broken so we didn’t get to enjoy that, but the hot tub was great! We would rent this home again!

My family and I rented this property to attend a wedding and it was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. We absolutely loved the theater room, firepit, and spa pool. The rental staff were extremely responsive and were able to get maintenance people to the property fairly quickly to fix the water pressure. We had no other issues and would rent the property again if we came back to the area.

Absolutely Wonderful
The house was absolutely fantastic, the check-in/check-out was some of the easiest I ever experienced. I would absolutely stay here again. It is very close to downtown Asheville and the swim spa went above and beyond. The ONLY issue we had is that there is no path from the house to the fire pit/swim spa. It is at the bottom of a short, steep hill. Out of the 12 of us, 5 people slipped and fell walking slowly and carefully, one was pregnant. It would be an absolute 5/5 house if they leveled out a path, or even just added some gravel or stones with a couple of solar lights to light the walk down (it was impossible to see at night trying to go to and from the swim spa). There is one motion spotlight that covers the swim spa but it is in a corner of the house that doesn't look onto the firepit (leading back up to the house).

The house was awesome and plenty of room. The patios are all wonderful. The AC upstairs was out when we arrived, but they had a technician there to fix it within 90 minutes. Great service, great house.
