Very aesthetic hotel at the lake! We were here in May so it was still off-season and very quiet. Nice breakfast with many options and nice spa area. Staff was friendly but not very attentive. If you want to stay a few more hours after check out you have to pay 25€ per person, just for using the sauna/pool - a bit absurd. Dinner was okay but there are much better options in the surrounding area! Garage was fully bioked and would have costed extra as well. Considering the room prices not a nice touch. Overall calm and relaxing stay!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in der Architektur und die Zimmer sind sehr wohlwollend eingerichtet. Ein gutes Ankommen. Den Rest kann ich leider für das derzeit dargestellte Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht empfehlen. Man geht bei einem solchen Haus mit anderen Erwartungen rein, vor allem wenn man die dazugehörigen Serviceleistungen mit anderen Häusern in diesem Standard gleichsetzt.und vergleicht. Leider stimmen die dargestellten Rezensionen.

Leider hat das Service des Personals mit dem Anspruch eines solchen Hauses bei weitem nicht mithalten können. Auf Fragen und Anfragen kam konsequent ein „Nein“ zurück. Dienstleistung und Kundenorientierung sieht für mich anders aus. Schade, Location allein macht noch keinen netten Aufenthalt.

Traumhafter Urlaub in hervorragendem Hotel
Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt und das Hotel alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definfitiv wieder. Das einzigster was wir bemängeln können, ist das im Außenbereich Richtung Seebad zu wenige funktionsfähige Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Das wäre super, wenn das in Zukunft anders wäre.

Es ist ein sehr modernes und sehr schön ausgestattetes Boutique Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr jung. Die Ausstattung im Frühstücksbereich ist auch sehr modern, aber nicht immer praktisch. Es fehlen Beschreibungen der einzelnen Speisen und Zutaten. Man kann aber alles erfragen. Gute Qualität der Speisen ist gegeben. Im Zimmer ist es ebenso. Sehr modern ist die Lichtanlage aber nicht immer praktisch wenn man in der Nacht einen Lichtschalter sucht. Im WC ist der Sensor für das Licht zu kurz eingestellt. Man sitzt dann im Dunkeln und muss herumfuchteln damit es wieder an geht. Von der Terrasse kann man direkt ins Freibad gehen. Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
