We couldn’t even stay due to the fact it was genuinely disgusting, hair on the sheets, toothpaste on the mirror. Bathroom wasn't clean nkt vacuumed, when checking in reception was on his phone talking to a friend and left us outside.

The bedding was clean and they provided soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner towels and a bathmat. The only downside was no facecloth or handtowel. And the milk that had been left in the fridge wasn't any good because the power switch was off. The room was a lil noisy koz of like a air extracter going 24-7 but other then that we didnt find it bad. Its great due to affordability.

We booked and didn't stayed. Hired Uber from lower hutt to aura hotel, the person on desk emailed me about getting our keys. Reached hotel couldn't get the keys the for room 5 and room 3 person also trid to help us to get the key out but couldn't. So our Uber was waiting on, but tried to call them no one at the desk, went to friends for sleep. Paid cab $ 96 and hotel room was $89. Call aura hotel for refund, said no actually problem was getting keys. Not happy at all for their customer services .

The photo we saw on the website is completely different from what it actually was. Dirty toilets, floors not clean at all. Cleaning was a major problem. If it’s cheap it doesn’t mean it should be anyhow. On the other hand it was a perfect location to go around the city and quite safe too.

Despite what others say about this property we did not have a negative experience. The staff were kind, they allowed us to check in early. Our room was tidy, the shower was nice. Only issue we faced was no windows. The beds were presented nicely and comfortable. The sink was clean. All around a nice cheap hotel.

A very good location right the heart of Wellington CBD Don't expect to get a 5 star Hotel as this is budget accommodation inside an office block, I found it comfortable and would definitely stay again

If you enjoy staying in a place where every piece of furniture in the room is broken, wondering what those splatters up the wall are and if they're related to the huge stain on the middle of the bed cover, spending the night with bed bugs, and the smell of sewage, this is the hotel for you. Any money saved on your accommodation budget will be spent on bed bug treatment and bite remedies - BE WARNED!!

The property is very well Located but its dirty and a bit scary the first night i was ready to leave but ended up staying and i guess once you pass the first shock it ok, I would not stay again though My height is 1.63 and the shower its like for kids The bed also have bed bugs and the inside of the room are really scary like a horror movie is more an hostel than a hotel
