The service was good, booking is easy, parking is good, the location is good. However for the price compared to other hotels the overall hotel and rooms are run down. Scuffs all on the walls and furniture. No air-conditioning so was hot. The room every time we left and came back in had a smell like the bathroom vents were having sewage issues. Lack of ventilafion so we had bad condensation overnight. The carpet felt old and dirty (has been vacuumed obviously but just felt yuck to be bare feet on). The room just had a odd odour. The bed was extremely firm, the most uncomfortable bed ive slept on and the springs in one spot dug into me. The window in our bedroom had a piece of paper where the latch was because it was clearly loose or broken, the window whistled all night. Just generally a very average stay if being generous. The photos and reviews when looking online make it look much better than what it is, which led to dissatisfaction. Wouldn't stay again unless there was no other option available.

Requested a twin room……. twice. Both times it was confirmed yet I found a king bed at the room. Surprised and disappointed. But otherwise very happy with the modern clean rooms. Handy parking with electric chargers available. Close to town and easy access.

Great central apartments
My second time staying at Boulcott Suites. The apartments have everything and a excellent, central to everything so walking is easy. Went to the Boulcott Bistro and Wine Bar for the best fine dining lunch I've ever had.

Nice stay. Great water pressure for the showers. Beds were comfortable and the living area was nice. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was some leftover dirty cotton swabs on the counter in the third floor bathroom.
