Reception staff were friendly, the room was modern and spacious and the location has you right in the middle of Lambton Quay across the road from Midland Park. I will happily stay here again.

Adequate but average. Easy to get to from airport taking airport bus to Lampton Quay central stop. Small sign on Lampton Quay and small silver button to push for reception and check in. Basic room amenities kettle to be filled with mugs of water from bathroom as it doesn't fit under the only water supply. Staff were pleasant central location good

I stayed in room 404. The three lifts were right outside my door and were constantly up and down all through the night which kept me awake. Room was big and spacious.

A good positioned apartment for the train station and ferry. Only a short walk to both and easy walking to the quayside with the museums and eateries. Good to have the kitchenette in the room also.

The entrance via the Terrace wasn't very obvious and I initally walked right past, up the hill. The room was clean and satisfactory. In my inital booking I'd asked for the bed to be separated into 2 king singles, which they confirmed. The night before, I communicated online that they could skip this as my companion could no longer come. Upon arrival the beds were split. I had no bottle opener in my unit. Despite going down to reception to ask (there are no room telephones to reception) none was delivered to me. This hotel has a great location for walking around the city, was clean and had a comfortable bed. It was value for money and prefectly adequate for a night in Wellington.

Park Hotel Lambton Quay had everything we needed & the staff were very accommodating. We didn’t have a car but walked most places, hired an E bike around the waterfront & took an Uber out to Cuba Street for dinner but walked back. We would stay again & highly recommend this hotel.

Person at reception was very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage in storage, both before check-in and after check-out. The room was lovely and clean and more than adequate for our 1 night stay. Close to shops, supermarket and easy walk to train station. Airport bus at front door. Will stay here again.
