A beautifully presented and furnished contemporary town house located just a few minutes stroll from the bustling quay of Wells-next-the-Sea. With far reaching views to the marshes and sea, this fabulous house offers convenience, comfort and a wonderful base for enjoying the spectacular North Norfolk coastline and this ever popular seaside town to the max.

We are absolutely delighted to welcome back Blue Sky to our portfolio of Wells properties after a short absence away. Now under new ownership, the house has been upgraded and refurnished, with a great deal of thought put into every little detail to ensure guests have a relaxing and comfortable home-away-from-home stay. With a lovely selection of local artworks dotted around the house to appreciate, and every modern convenience (from usb plug sockets beside every bed, a Blu-ray soundbar and super widescreen Smart television for that surround sound cinema experience), Blue Sky is a winner for holidaymakers of all ages. Set over three floors, on the ground floor is the well-equipped fitted breakfast kitchen with dining area and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, a large utility room with laundry facilities and a second fridge with freezer, and lastly a cloakroom. On the first floor is a generous sized sitting room, and a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. And finally, on the top floor are two further bedrooms, both with Smart televisions; a twin room and king-size bedroom which share a family bathroom found between the two. The double and king-size bedrooms both enjoy a distant sea view. Outside, is an enclosed gravelled and paved courtyard garden - a shady outdoor space that's just the spot for a tasty barbecue of fresh local produce or simply a chill-out afternoon.

By offering an easy stroll to the golden sands of both Wells and Holkham or to browse the independent shops and boutiques on Staithe Street, Blue Sky becomes the ideal choice for two couples, a family or group of friends looking for a handy base where they can enjoy an easy, relaxing break. Perfectly situated for both staying local and exploring further afield, this superb house is sure to provide a firm favourite with holidaymakers.

Nice house - recommended
We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable and well located with only 3mins short walk (flat pavement) to the town centre. It was clean and well kitted out and had parking for 2 cars. I'd recommend.
