PROPERTY RULES:

1. Must be 25 years or older to book this property. ID verification is required. No 3rd party bookings
2. Maximum guest count is 22 registered guests. No unregistered guests are permitted; all guests must be registered to stay. Day guests/Visitors are not permitted.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. No animals or pets are allowed due to severe allergies. If any signs are documented, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $400 per day, plus cost of cleaning and/or damages.
5. Please refrain from smoking on the property. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $400 per day.
6. No parties, events, weddings, receptions, prom, videography or photography events. Violations are strictly enforced.
7. This home does have exterior security cameras placed at all entrances, doors, garage, and patios, and front and back of the house. They record 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
8 .This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.
9. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application and Rental Agreement must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking. The Guest will need to agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions
- Pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $105, paid via SUPERHOG that will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS:

You will have exclusive access to the entire first and second floor of this home during your stay. The basement is off-limits and is not available for your access or use.
